||Class placement tests for new students studying at the SCSL who are non-beginners and non-degree students. (8:30 - 10:00 Written, 10:10 - 12:00 Oral)
||Those living in the international student dormitories (ISD) or off the campus please gather in front of No. 1 ISD and those living in No.351 Building in East District please gather in front of the Building. Someone will take you to the No. 3 Classroom Building.
||Chinese language beginners、former students and undergraduate students of the SCSL do not have to take part in the test; Chinese beginners will be automatically arranged in classes of Elementary Level.
||Orientation for the Newly-arrived students: 1. A brief introduction to Sun Yat-sen University 2. A talk on the law of Exit and Entry for Aliens, 3.Questions & Answers.
||Gather in front of No. 1 International Student Dormitory or in front of No. 351 Building in East District. Someone will take you to the meeting place - Swissy Hall on the central campus.
||Orientation starts at 14:30
|March 3 (Wed.)
||1. Results of Class placement will be announced on the bulletin boards in the classrooms;
2. Obtain class timetable and the book list for purchasing text-books. 3. Purchase text-books. (For students of the SCSL )
|The 3rd and 4th floor of No. 3 Classroom Building.
||1. Please remember to bring with you the "Registration Card" or the "Student ID Card (for former Chinese undergraduate students of the School of Chinese as a Second Language only). 2. Chinese language beginners have been placed into relevant classes of Elementary Level and purchased text-books during registration time (February 24 - 26).
